Each semester, our cohort worked in small groups to take a deep dive into what learning and development looks like at each stage of development - elementary, middle, and high school level. We conducted an analysis of current programming for each age level in our district, learned about each stage of development, completed a series of observations and interviews for each developmental level and compared what we observed to what is developmentally appropriate, and reflected on how we would use this learning to inform our future leadership work.
